From the moment I saw Raschid at the airport - his round, gentle face, that warm, heartfelt smile - I knew: I was in the best hands. And so it was.

Not for a single minute did I have to worry about anything that might not work out. He was there, calm, clear, reliable, like a quiet rock in the vastness of the landscape.

He shared his knowledge of nature and wildlife with such kindness, with such personal warmth, and he never seemed to grow tired of my endless questions. He did everything to give me meaningful encounters on our game drives, to show me the colourful world of wild animals. Respectful towards me, and equally respectful towards the animals.

Whenever it was necessary, he gave calm, clear instructions - never harsh, never demanding, always with that gentle closeness that is so characteristic of him. Warm-hearted, and yet absolutely professional.

He turned my journey into a beautiful experience. Like a good friend who accompanies you, guides you, protects you, and shows you the world as it truly is.
